Intimate Lyric

Harbor of Silence

We left our shoes upon the wet evening sand, Along with the words that weighed heavy and grand. Sometimes true joy needs no glitter or crown, Only a quiet shoulder when the sun goes down. I gather bright minutes like sea glass in my palm, Smoothed by the tide into amber and calm. We set out so fragile, yet return whole and free— Every wave we have weathered is a gift from the sea.
